SAT II WRITING ESSAY Studying a situation from someone else’s view point is a very difficult and important part of life. This is evident throughout literature and history. In the novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee, Atticus Finch says to his daughter, Scout, “You can’t judge a person till you walk a mile in their shoes.” Atticus tells Scout to try to imagine what the other person is thinking before judging them.
