Goals for Myself Planning and achieving goals for a life time. There are many goals both long and short term and a combination of personal, work and spiritual that I have set for myself. Attending the University of Phoenix is part of my plan to achieve many goals that I have set for myself. The goals that I have set for myself are achievable and recognizable in the period that I have set for them. Attending the University of Phoenix is how I intend to complete a life long goal of obtaining a degree. I set this goal way back in high school. This goal was developed at the time for the soul purpose to achieve a higher education than anyone in my family. My parents never reached the 7th grade. It got into my head somewhere that getting a degree was an important thing to do.
