Since we enjoyed attending the Community Extension Program, we had decided to have a “mini-CEP” in Barangay 1, which is the barangay of two members of the group. We asked for permission from the Barangay Captain, Mr. Henry Formoso, if it would be possible for us to hold the program in the said place and fortunately, we were able to hear an enthusiastic “yes”. The “mini-CEP” was held in the house of our group member, Ma. Teresita Singson, last October 25 and 28, 2003. There were about 14 children who came by the time they were complete, we started initiating them. The activities that we had done were like the ones that we do during the CEP’s only that, we were on our own. Mary Kaye Zita Alquiza and Rachelle Mae Gallego volunteered to bring drinks and snacks for the children, and the others were the ones who planned on the activities that were to be done.
