Will Hunting, is an orphan, brought up, and physically and mentally abused, in foster homes in Boston’s Irish South End. Now he’s twenty, rebellious, has been in and out of trouble with the law, and hangs out with a group of tough friends: Chuckie, Billy, and Morgan. As Good Will Hunting begins, Will’s parole officer has gotten him a job as a janitor, cleaning floors in the math building at MIT. What makes Will different from his friends is that he’s a genius, especially at math.
