GCSE english coursework
It was Thursday, the worst day of every school week, and the line up of lessons was terrible. I hated every lesson, I owed two weeks worth of homework to my R.E teacher, and none of it had been done! So I decided to bunk off. R.E was after break and at the time I was in the lesson before break, which was maths. I asked my mate, Steve, who sits next to me if he would come with me because I certainly wasn’t going to go on my own. He often bunked and I would feel a little safer going with someone who actually knew how to do it without getting caught. He said yes. After that we didn’t speak again until the end of the lesson. The bell had just gone and we waited by the toilets discussing the best way to go out of the school and the best time, when there would be less likelihood of being seen by teachers. We collectively decided that we should go out in the middle of break time because there would be a lot of noise and people moving around the school and sixth formers are sitting on the wall near the exit, so they would provide cover. However there were still two small problems. It was possible that we could be seen by a teacher or the Head Boy or Head Girl, who would be sure to report us, but it was still the safest way out. We went to the tuck shop, and as I was walking there, I began to feel a little rebellious and yet scared at the same time. We queued in the tuck shop for about five minutes and by the time we had bought our food; there was only five minutes of break left.
