“A night person,” or a night owl as they are sometimes called, is a person who prefer the night time to the day. Why do these people prefer to be active during the night? Is it the fact that their minds are more active and creative then? Do they like the quiet and the darkness? Is it because they are vampires? While the latter has yet to be proven, the first two reasons seem to be very plausible. As the sun begins to set, night people’s minds become active. They are usually most productive from 10:00 p.m. to about 3:00 a.m. I believe this is true because they begin to relax and that allows their mind to focus.
