India represents a kaleidoscope of color and festivals, perfumes and aromas, cuisine and costume. Few countries in the world have such an ancient and diverse culture as India’s. Strecthching back in an unbroken sweep over 5000 years, India’s culture has been enriched by successive waves of migration that were absorbed into the Indian way of life. Modern India presents a picture of unity in diversity to which history provides no parallel. America on the other hand is one of the richest and most resourceful nations on our planet. Americans yearn for success and the constant prosperity of their society. This characteristic makes them the most unique and most powerful nation in the world. America has given her people the mean to live a quality life and protected them with constitutional laws that are the envy of other nations. It is this way of life that I would like to experience and learn from.
