I just recently started a new job at a nursing home as a nurse’s aide. My first day on the job I met Franny. My first impression of her was not a good one. She is a very intimidating person; due to her tall stature, loud voice, and obnoxious behavior. So, from the beginning I realized that I was not going to like Franny. My first experience working with Franny confirmed that my first impression of her was, in fact, valid. Before we ever started our day of rounds she started complaining and whining. She complained about how many residents she had to bathe, she whined about being tired, and in general had a bad attitude.
