Some Causes for My unskillfulness in Managing and Measuring Work · Do not enjoy conflict, especially that which goes with setting tough goals for myself and others. · Inexperience: Having never been in a management position, I do not have the experience in assigning and monitoring the work of others. · Not managing my time efficiently makes it difficult to get everything done in one day. III. The Map Summary Setting goals is important in any business. Time management is a must. If no goals are set work may not be completed in a timely manner.
