“ Good afternoon ladies and gentleman! My name is Dr. Reynolds and am here representing the Asian firm H&R, Health and Radiation .I’ve gathered you here today to talk about this serious problem, which involves the life of 3000 kids who have been affected by the explosion at Chernobyl’s reactor. About a month ago I was sent by the company with a group of scientists to investigate the town of Narodichi, which’s 60 km west from Chernobyl. When we arrived we found a very nice little town, full of gardens and parks which unluckily have 13 to 17 times the normal radiation levels. Believe it or not, this place has been inhabited by thousands of people for more than 5 years. Ivan Sedjoli, the local schoolmaster, informed us of some tormenting figures. Originally there used to be around 10.000 children in the region, and now this number has decreased to 3000. And what is worse not a single one could avoid being polluted by radiation. In a few years time, there would be absolutely no one left alive in the place.
