I have always been interested in the Vatican and its teachings for as long as I can remember. This past interest, however, recently flourished as I was given the opportunity to select the website www.vatican.va for this assignment. I was searching for a refresher on Vatican and its current mission facing the church and the world. When this site popped up on my computer screen, however, the first thing that I noticed was a tan background with stain glass photos and the words “Holy Father”. Upon seeing the meticulous care and attention that the Vatican gave to their website I knew I was in for a treat. Immediately the words I associated with the website were church and religion.
