Daffodils and tulips are blooming, the trees are greening, kids are playing outside and you may be noticing, as you emerge from your home after the cold and rain, that more than a few things need doing. Use this checklist as a handy reminder of spring-cleaning projects: Outdoors: - Inspect the entire exterior of your house. - If you have any wood siding or trim, look for paint that is lifting or peeling, for splitting wood or areas where the wood grain is separating from water getting into the wood. Waterproof and painting your house now will help siding and trim last longer, and save you money in the long run.
