This is a case of a term, newborn, male, delivered via NSD at 37 4/7 wks AOG by LMP, BS 38, AS 9,9, BW2080 grams, BL 44.5 cms, SGA. Born to a 28 year old G1P0, non-smoker, non-alcoholic beverage drinker, who had her regular prenatal check-up and intake of multivitamins since 1 month AOG. Mother had cough and colds at 1st and 4th month AOG which resolved spontaneously. At 33 wks AOG, she had an asthma attack and was given Seretide and Bricanyl puff affording relief. Mother claimed to have hyperemesis gravidarum during the 2nd and third trimesters. She also experienced vaginal spotting at 34 wks AOG trigerred by long travel.
