Mr. Doe has three children from a previous marriage, Mrs. Doe, one child from a previous marriage. They have one child together, Jim, 8. Victim, Jane Jones, 20. Client Expectation of Service: Mr. Doe is ordered by Department of Corrections to complete sexual offender treatment program in response to conviction of sex abuse of Susie Doe’s niece. Presenting Problem: Alleged sex abuse of Jane Jones, by Mr. Doe. Mr. Doe admits to having sexual contact with victim but denies that any abuse took place because it was consensual. Jane Jones was staying with Mr. Doe and hid wife after a series of events left her homeless. Approximately six months after moving in, Mr. Doe and Jane began having sexual contact although they did not engage in sexual intercourse. Mr. Doe admitted to touching, kissing, and rubbing up against her. Jane admitted that it happened although she denies that she wanted it at that time. Jane pressed charges six months later.
