English 1301 Narrative One of the most significant events in my life would have to be when my grandmother used to preach to me all the time. I would listen sometimes but usually it would go in one ear and out the other. What she usually preached to me about was mostly school and how I needed to do this and that, but i'm young and sometimes think I know everything so I usually blew it off. It was about a year or so ago and I remember my grandmother telling me, "Do me a favor andre please promise me you will finish college and graduate before i die, because i know i dont have to long." Now when she told me this i felt very sad but responded sayin that I would try my hardest to finish and I made her a promise.
