The book that I read is Rainbow Six by Tom Clancy. It was an amazing book packed with action. Main character of this book was Ding Chavez. He was the leader of the anti-terrorist group formed by NATO called Rainbow Six. His job was to gather information for his team and most of the time lead them to victory. I think during this book Ding experienced and learned many important things. In the beginning of the book, Ding, was a self centered person. He worked for the CIA, and never worked with a team. When he was assigned the position of the team leader in Rainbow Six, he felt that he could not handle this responsibility. In the beginning, the things he planned and wanted to execute hardly ever worked. It was really hard for him to get the respect of his team.
