Savagery, immaturity, and murder “The Lord of the Flies” does relate to young people today. Young adults when left unsupervised do childish and immature things, if these people are left unattended for a long enough time they start to move away from the social codes they were brought up with and start to resort to savage like ways. The longer a person is left without authority the wilder and crazier they will get no matter what age they are, obviously the older the person is the longer it will take them to cross over to the savage like side but that is how human nature is, do what one is forbidden from doing. When young adults are left unsupervised they might drink or commit other acts that they are forbidden from doing. This is all part of human nature and is dealt with each day all over the country.
