I know from personal experience that parents are very concerned about what goes on in the classroom. They are also concerned about how there child is doing in school. When dealing with parents I have to act like a state representative in some ways. For example I act like a trustee. That means that I would do what I think is right, go with my gut feeling. The other side of the coin is that I cat like a delegate, and go with what the parents say all the time, which may or may not be what I fell is right. When dealing with classroom management some teachers like to do the traditional style of classroom setup with the desk in the front and all the desks in rows.
