PRESENTATION OF THE ISSUE E-learning is developing day by day .When the advent of IT and the development of a more knowledge-based society, the role of the educational sectors needs to be redefined to cope with the challenges and opportunities that IT have bought about. In this July, UK education and skills secretary have called upon IT company to lend a hand in getting e-learning into schools and colleges. The government are committed to making e-learning a fundamental part of all education.
