Although both paintings of the Last Supper by Jacopo Tintoretto and Leonardo De Vinci are deciding the same scene that are many differences in the styles, and of how they believed it went down. While Devincis style is somewhat plain and focusing more on the human element, Tintoretto’s depiction is much busy, and has spiritual aspects that are clearly visible. Devincis painted his more than a century earlier leaving Tinoretto’s style to be more developed, and have kind of a newer look to it because of possible new paint. Devincis focuses on the whole table while Tentoretto has his painting focusing in on the Savior who is distributing bread and wine, which is actually from his body this is the moment Jesus is believed to sacrifice his body.
