Defeat For one group the smell of victory is oh so sweet, but for another group the smell is not as sweet. With their heads bowed in shame, they scuttle off the field like sullen monks. Their coach says “Don’t worry we’ll get them next half.” However, they know in their hearts that he too knows it is not true. Then it hits them, their crestfallen pain is not over. There is still another Half to play on this abysmal, dreary day, where the titans are perishing to the underdogs they all know this is not happening, it cannot be happening.
