2.) Discuss the idea of leaving slack time for unforeseen problems. Slack time can be defined as allowing more time than needed, which allows for some leeway on when parts of a project get completed. Slack time is not adjusted in so that people can “slack-off” on the job, but it creates a grace period for things to get done incase an unforeseen problem arises. Most projects have a certain date to which they need to be completed by, and each task within a project takes a certain time to complete.
