DNA or Deoxyribonucleic acid been used for many of years to identify people, solve a great number of crimes, and used to help many forensic scientist. It has cost millions of dollars to get the system right but still needs time to increase the analysis process. George Bush and his administration want to use $1 billion over the next five years to increase the DNA analysis, but is facing large backlogs.
