Algonquin Round Table wit Dorothy Parker once said, "Take care of the luxuries and the necessities will take care of themselves." I personally, don't want to have to choose between the Dolce and Gabbana fall line or next month's rent. It seems that in today's image-crazed world having the appearence of wealth is just enough to get by. However, I plan to achieve the real thing. By saving money as I enter the workforce I will not be able to indulge my every retail fantasy, but will be better of than those who splurge their savings right away. With strategic purchases and careful planning, I can still live up to my reputation of impecable taste, but also maintain a sizable bank account. In any sitation, no matter what the problem, it is always best to formulate a plan of action.
