Love… What is love? Love has many meanings according to each individual person you ask. What is love to you? God says in 1 Corinthians 13, verses four through eight that: Love is patient and kind. (4)Love is not jealous, it does not brag, and it is not proud. (5)Love is not rude, is not selfish, and does not get upset with others. Love does not count up the wrongs that have been done. (6)Love is not happy with evil but is happy with the truth. (7)Love patiently accepts all things. It always trusts, always hopes, and always remains strong. (8)Love never ends. Have you ever truly loved someone? If so, why? I love many (God, friends and family), but only one more than a family or friendly love. I visited Eastside Baptist Church in the Spring of '96. The faith of the church was tremendous and made me want to stay. I’m glad I did because two years later a girl I would eventually love came. It was like it was yesterday. On a Wednesday night, youth night, I entered the gym and started down the short and wide hall to the carpeted gym. I got to the end of the hall, and the first thing that caught my eye, out of all the chaos of the kids playing, was this girl playing basketball.
