Nikolaos carpodinis Mgt 376 Dr. woolman 2/28/03 project: Leadership style Again I did my interview with mirnas travel agency. And she does a great job according to what I saw in her leadership environment, by looking at her employees. They work together like a family. All happy, and very motivated. I actually questioned some of the employees indirectly to get a true response on how they feel about their work. And they actually claimed they enjoy going to work, the space is very pleasantly decorated, and everyone is very loving to each other. The person I talked to actually said that going to work is very relaxing for her, and when she goes home she doesn’t have the stress of thinking: “ oh, thank god, I am home now and will relax” her day just continues as she claims very calmly. Now that is a job, more jobs like that are necessary. So as I asked Mirna what kind of leadership strategy she uses, and how she goes about running her business.
