About Life is beautiful “Life is beautiful” is about a man, Guido Orifice, (played by Roberto Benigni) Who is sent to a concentration camp along with is wife, Dora, (played by Dicoletta Brashchi) his son, Joshua, and other family members. They are then separated and forced to do labor around the camp. Guido then tells his son that they are playing a game, in order to keep him from being afraid. As the story progresses we see how the women and children are being incinerated or gassed. Guido hides his son in hopes that they will both escape from the camp.
